Paul has a post on the different ways that they are looking at marking this in the final product.
Well I kinda like '@ better that '''. Too much confusion if I left a space between my 's when I code outside VS.NET. We need something that can no way be confused with something else and still be easy to type. Why not move out of the comment area and do something completely different (no need to use the comment chars just becoz the C# guys did).
